The estimated total compensation range for this position is currently $15,057-$175,057, a combination of base salaries, currently projected extension bonuses, and currently projected new business bonuses. Reward opportunities - both renewal and new business - are based on achieving sales targets and meeting the terms of the current incentive system.

- Sell directly to niche accounts to increase your premium volume
- Maintain a profitable business by providing efficient and quality service to policyholders
- Create and maintain quality relationships with companies
- Work directly with insurance, claims, claims management, auditing, customer service and other key partners
- Reach out and take advantage of all the niche opportunities given to your geographic area
- Leverage existing customers and relationships for new growth and sales opportunities
What is needed
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience
- Relevant sales experience
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Self-discipline and ability to succeed in a remote work environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively and be organized
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Acceptable driving record with valid driver's license and meeting driving requirements
- Primary residence in your sales area is required
