Works with international team and customers in processing orders, communicating with suppliers, customers, warehouse team and freight forwarders. Provides recurring reports and develops ad hoc reports to monitor company and client business. Analyzes data, prepares and presents results to identify and/or solve business problems and drive business in often critical areas.

Job Duties:
- You will be responsible for effectively supporting international sales teams and customers through direct customer support, strengthening relationships with smaller customers in specific markets.
- Maintaining customer service levels through timely order processing, invoicing and document review. Assists in the formalization of export documents and obtains the necessary certificates and records.
- Prepares order estimates with dates and tracks all requested changes. Works closely with road and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery of all international orders.
- Answers questions from the Category Manager, Department Manager or salespeople and makes sales calls about potential new or existing products that have potential sales in the given area.
- Notify departmental management of delays, problems and/or suspected irregularities in assigned events.
- Helps to handle and handle customer complaints.
- Evaluate data using Access, Excel and other tools to identify root causes and potential solutions to company and client business problems and support business projects and changes; sends and processes information from the company and the client. Sorts, stores and maintains invoices, receipts or other special departmental documents
- Provide support to supervisors and team by assisting with daily office needs
- Answer questions about areas of responsibility
- Collect data for use by departments in special projects or reports
- Routinely updates data and reports on computer
- Checks the correctness of the data
- Prepares and balances data
- If necessary, answer the department's phones and direct the route to the appropriate area. Perform other relevant duties as required. Job Qualifications:
- Education/Certificates: (required and preferred)
- A degree from a university of applied sciences or a university of applied sciences or equivalent work experience is considered an advantage.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of work experience and/or education
