- Self-motivated and able to operate without constant supervision
- For business trips (within 50 miles) more than 75% of the time, a valid driver's license, company vehicle and valid auto insurance are required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- High responsibility and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and in diverse teams
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong time management skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of construction experience
