You Will Invest Your Energy...
- Entering client orders into SAP, recognize and affirm orders back to client.
- Dealing with all parts of appointed accounts, obviously speaking with the client, Deals, and other inside groups.
- Following request satisfaction progress, run open request report everyday and proactively convey exemptions for client and the board.
- Logging client grievances through QM framework, process Credits, Charges and RA's in Question Module as quickly as possibly.
- Keeping up with all client related ace information.
- Giving inclusion to associates who are out of office.
- Planning figures, security stock and stock data on a case by case basis.
Required Insight:
- Past Client assistance experience
- Secondary school confirmation or GED same
- Past assembling tasks experience liked
- Solid verbal and composed correspondence, strong critical thinking and thinking abilities.
- Liked: Four year certification and a solid working information on SAP and MS Office
