In this role, you will lead and direct associates to support a sales leadership culture while focusing on creating a cohesive customer experience. You will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service through our hospitality mindset. You provide the customer with information about the current product selection, store campaigns and events, and you implement operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to connect with customers to solve their shopping needs, making everyone feel valued, appreciated and rewarded.

Main tasks
- Support sales, hospitality, operations, people and conversion with the Shop C3 app
- Key custodian duties including opening and closing the store. Increase sales
- Increase sales by providing an inspiring environment that encourages customers to add to their cart
- Travel insurance through an improved sales area
- Provide a unified sales
experience
- Build customer relationships with greetings and practice true hospitality
- Support sales floor, fitting room, point of sale and operational processes as required
- Omni, tracking the process of goods flow
- Make sure all customers feel valued, appreciated and rewarded.
- Build trust to address customer purchasing needs
- Use an omni-channel offering to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Accurately represent our work processes, BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, SFS
- Create a relationship and create a real connection with the customer
- Identify and assist customers with our business programs
- Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Be a Savings Advisor helping customers save with the Kohl's Card
- Convert, unlock and activate Kohl card applications
- Train partners to maximize credit and loyalty conversion efficiency and customer experience
- Monitors the performance of associates and provides feedback in collaboration with the assistant manager/store manager
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the till (ie registration and cash balance, exchange orders, authorization of petty transactions, deliveries, over/short inquiries)
- Courteous and responsive to requests and questions
- Train and develop associates on board
