The Scrum Master (SM) provides practical support to the Evernorth Accountable Care program by interacting with Product Managers, Product Owners, Enterprise SMEs and technical teams to support, develop and deploy business solutions within an Agile framework. The Scrum Master is a dedicated team member whose primary role is to promote team unity and help the Scrum Team achieve its goals and committed goals. A Scrum Master does this by supporting the Scrum methodology, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring effective delivery practices. This role can be a Scrum Maser for up to two teams.

Responsibilities:
Delivery focused on:
- Using the values, principles and practices of an agile methodology to design, manage and deliver solutions. Facilitates team movement toward sprint and PI (Programme Increment) goals: Scrum masters are team coaches and are constantly engaged in challenging old norms while keeping the team focused on iterative goals.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the team's workload is appropriate and focused on the right goals and priorities.
- Facilitates all team level skill ceremonies
- Removes obstacles and/or leads the team to remove them
- Help the team continue with dedicated work; holds team members accountable
- Monitors delivery progress and performance. If necessary, informs product flow managers and management of delivery status, updates, risks and issues. Help teams make improvements. You will be responsible for tracking team metrics and feedback loops and managing and managing the product flow
- He has a deep understanding of and leads Sprint Planning, Sprint Scope, Velocity, Story Size, Story Risk Analysis, and Story Management.
- Supports Solution/Release Engineer in PI planning, including breakout sessions for leadership teams
- Ensures team members maintain Jira and other repositories
- Define and manage tasks, issues, risks and business units.
- Plan and organize demos and product/system tests.
Server and trainer:
- Champions effective and open communication within the team and product flow
- Facilitate team building, including fostering an environment of mutual trust, creativity and empowerment
- Lead the team and product flow based on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Leads team efforts for continuous improvement
- Assess and coach the team to a level of skill maturity at a sustainable and comfortable pace for the team and the organization.
- Trains the team to create and maintain team contracts, readiness definitions and other flexible frameworks
- Training, coaching and supporting Scrum teams to adhere to Agile values, principles and practices.
