Kforce has a client seeking a Junior Support Analyst in Point Roberts, WA. Join this successful national transportation company to support users in Idaho facilities as well as telecommuters nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Provides and provides end-user technical support and problem management related to computer operations, including installation, configuration, and error reporting.
- The junior support analyst creates a positive customer support experience
- Analyzes and resolves a large number of events related to the use of application software or technical hardware
- Work with special projects
- Manage Active Directory users, groups and computer accounts
- As a Junior Support Analyst, you will build desktops and laptops and install the operating system, network and applications.
- Strong commitment to customer support

Norm
- Technical degree or certificate
- IT desktop and help desk experience or training required
- Previous work experience supporting customers using an application
- One or more years of work experience
- Basic network information and protocols (IP address, DNS and DHCP)
- Strong commitment to customer support
- Energetic and motivated; Enjoy the fast paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a group
- Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Work experience or training in the following tasks will be beneficial:

- Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Remote access - VPN

- Basic, smart phones and PDAs
- Help Desk ticket program
- Citrix, XenApps and XenDesktop
- Snails
- Antivirus program
- Network monitoring software
The salary range is from the lowest to the highest salary we reasonably believe in good faith we will be paying when this position is posted. We may charge more or less than this range. Employee salary is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, position, location, activity, union and business needs. This area may be changed in the future.
