This role is responsible for supporting the financial center cluster in assigned markets in the absence of the designated financial center manager and as a market level resource. The key responsibilities of the role include leadership as a business owner, shaping a team environment and implementing an effective customer and risk-focused culture. These people drive operations at the highest level and ensure that all areas of the financial center operate efficiently and coherently.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as a reserve financial center manager in the market
- Manages customer traffic, engages and directs customers appropriately and promotes customer retention
- Drives business results through formal management routines and training
- Create a world-class customer experience environment
- Manages market level initiatives assigned by market leaders
- Promotes operational excellence

Required skills:
- At least three years of recent experience in team building, leadership, management and training
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with non-reporting authorities to achieve common goals
- Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve issues independently or escalate when necessary to increase customer satisfaction
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with executives and interpreting financial statements to improve profitability
- Proven experience in balancing risks and making sound decisions and achieving business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, demonstrate a genuine interest in building/developing relationships and demonstrate a commitment to personal service.
