CBM's Mortgage Marketing Specialist supports the management of marketing projects across the organization. CBM's Mortgage Marketing Specialist supports all marketing projects across the organization. The employee will develop communications, content and creative support promoting our services in campaigns, websites, social media and other identified channels. He also provides daily support in coordinating special events. The employee must be eager to learn and take on new tasks as opportunities arise. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with other marketing team members and managers to develop creative content, delegate and ensure timely and efficient execution of all projects.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing team to support the sales team and the company in creating marketing materials compatible with our team, website and other marketing platforms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through prospecting and networking.
- Promote brand awareness through marketing. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist with external or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, event planning, etc.).
- Contact external suppliers to conduct promotional events and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate marketing activities. Plan and implement initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, television, etc.)
- Analyzing marketing data (SEO research, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) helps shape future marketing strategies. Delegate and ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently to the marketing team. Performing other tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The minimum education and experience for this position is:
- High school diploma/GED required. At least 1 year of experience in real estate or mortgage lending
- Proven work experience as a marketing expert or in a similar position
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Impressive experience with marketing analytics and data tools
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication, grammar and writing skills. Business awareness in collaboration with a creative mind. Main features:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or similar field is considered an advantage
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and web development tools such as Dreamweaver.
