Job Description and Qualifications include:
- 3-5 years of CC&B Technical Design with 1-2 Implementation experience.
- Expertise is Requirement Analysis, Design and Configuration.
- Participate in Client requirement workshop and Prepare functional design document.
- Knowledge and experience in Config Tool is a plus (Preferable)
Responsibility:
- Facilitating CC&B Functional solution design workshop with the client
- Designing, writing and vetting CC&B functional specification for configuration, enhancements, new designs, interfaces, and reports
- Good functional understanding of areas like V-model, billing, customer information, meter data management, meter read interfacing, field activities, credit and collection process, and interfaces.
- Provide the layout of existing systems architecture for various systems interfacing with CC&B system.
- Provide the CIS roadmaps for future product upgrades and new functionalities.
- Experienced with data setup and data mining using OUAF data model and underlying objects.
- Develop/review detailed estimates for design and development phases based on requirements & design.
- Perform quality, functional, technical reviews during the design and development phases.
- Experience in Oracle CC&B with hands-on testing experience in Oracle CC&B.
- Understand testing lifecycle, defect management tools, test case design, drafting and execution.
