You will also liaise with the doctor and insurance companies to ensure that our patient's special medication prescriptions are correct. At times, you will also be responsible for answering patient calls to coordinate and process new patient orders and medication re-orders, which includes verifying and re-verifying reimbursements. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and excellent data entry skills. The typical salary range for this position is:
Minimum: 5:00 p.m
Maximum: 27.90

Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in Windows-based applications such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet browsing and email applications
- Six months of computer keyboarding skills and aptitude
- Six months experience working in a pharmacy
- Pharmacy technician license and certification in accordance with applicable state laws
- You must be able to sit or stand during the shift (8-10 hours). When doing the central tasks of the work, the employee must use the keyboard and use the machines of the department.
Preferred Qualifications
Recommended amounts -
- Six months of work experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
- Three months of experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone is preferred
- We hope for work experience in health care and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
- Prefer medical billing, coding and other medical assisting tasks
Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
