Level:
The Product Support Representative is responsible for assisting health care customers with product questions related to the company's leading health care products. This post addresses customer questions about product applications and/or healthcare data transactions. A product support representative analyzes issues to identify issues and recommends corrective actions and answers to customer questions. The position requires extensive discussions with Change Healthcare customers including health insurers, hospitals, retailers and vendors for the purpose of providing product use or technology solutions.
Main functions
- Provide customer service by handling inquiries, investigations, reviews, troubleshooting and providing appropriate resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Adhere to customer service policies to ensure that issues are resolved effectively and service level requirements are met
- Conduct technical analysis on various issues that require detailed analysis and analysis of the situation
- Ensure complete documentation and coding to meet PHI compliance standards
- Manage the drawbacks of the problem to be solved
Is required:
- Associates degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience working with customers to solve technical problems
- 1+ years of experience supporting product applications, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience working in detail and documenting information
- Proficiency in MS Windows environment and MS Office programs

Candidate Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the US health care system and regulatory environment. Billing or work experience in an outsourcing company or large environment
- Understanding of the payer/provider environment

- Professional communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills
