We are hiring a Revenue Planning Manager to support the growth of our business by building strategic financial plans for current and prospective business lines, to understand the financial implications of go to market plans, and to partner with Sales to construct compensation plans.

About the role:
The Revenue Planning Manager will play a crucial role in understanding the current financial state of the business and its future growth, materially contributing to how ST+ prioritizes product lines and go to market activities. The right candidate will combine strong financial modeling and analysis skills with an ownership mentality and strategic curiosity, to help drive the ST+ business forward.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Lead revenue modeling for existing and prospective ST+ business lines and initiatives.
- Partner closely across functions including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Create org-wide clarity around financial plans and the underlying assumptions involved.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and Finance to build sales planning models and comp plans.
- Develop and communicate a strategic perspective on ST+ growth and business investments that goes beyond the financial model.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $98,600.00 - $157,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are:
- You are extremely comfortable walking a senior executive through a model that you’ve built, clarifying the core assumptions that have been made, the rationale for them, and the output sensitivities that they drive.
- You are accountable for the work, communicate actively with partners to turn on the lights, and collaborative in execution.
- You are curious and persistent in building an understanding of ST+ business lines and determined to help grow them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. economics, finance).
- 3-5 years proven experience in building strategic financial models, including experience in investment banking, corporate FP&A, or public accounting roles.
- Expert proficiency with Excel required along with experience writing and presenting business narratives in documents and slide presentations.
- Experience within a B2B SaaS and services businesses preferred but not required, along with experience with Sales planning and compensation.
- You have strong written and oral skills with the ability to find compelling ways to bring information to life and a proven ability to think strategically and work independently to execute plans that directly inform business decision-making.
- Excellent project management, organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple requests against tight timelines.
