In this role, you will interact and maintain contact with our customers, providing excellent customer service through our hospitality. You provide the customer with information about the current product selection, store campaigns and events, and implement operational processes efficiently and effectively to promote sales.

Main tasks
- Support sales, hospitality, operations, people and conversion with the Shop C3 app.
- Increase sales
- Increase sales by providing an inspiring environment that encourages customers to add to their cart
- Build trust to address customer purchasing needs
- Use an omni-channel offering to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Accurately represent our work processes, BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, SFS
- Create a relationship and create a real connection with the customer
- Identify and assist customers with our business programs
- Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Courteous and responsive to requests and questions
- Answer questions quickly and accurately
- Be a Savings Advisor helping customers save with the Kohl's Card
- Convert, unlock and activate Kohl card applications
- Promote our loyalty programs by educating customers
