We have an exciting opportunity for a SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT! This is a very dynamic and versatile position that requires an outside thinker with excellent knowledge of Microsoft program
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support sales and marketing projects
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Manage the product demo process
- Data analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Please contact the sales team for product specifications and recommendations
- Lead regional and local initiatives and maintain data quality and integrity in our CRM system
- Organize trainings and support the implementation of new business rules, system updates and protocols
- Ad-hoc analyses, such as creating performance reports or monitoring progress and other systems as needed
- Any other duties assigned by the Sales Support team

Your skills and experience:
- Advanced Microsoft skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A lower degree is desirable (business, finance, accounting, marketing or similar field)
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, work effectively, independently and in a team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
