Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Management Analyst 2 to join our skilled and versatile workforce. This person supports national and/or international programs. Located in Sierra Vista, Arizona, this position considers potential remote applicants and reports to the Oversight for Home Programs at GACandO OU.

Roles and responsibilities include:
- Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure program contracts conform to negotiated, agreed upon parameters, government cost management guidelines and accounting guidelines.
- Performs analyzes and prepares program financial reports for internal and external clients regarding program costs, material tracking and labor costs
- Identifies and mitigates program cost and schedule risks
- Coordinates and prepares program financial forecasting and reporting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Workforce Plan
- Facilitation, monitoring and forecasting of program funding mechanisms, including accounts receivable, advances and performance-based payments
- Supports program audits, audits and information retrieval as requested by program clients, audit firms and corporate management
- Supports the preparation of program cost estimates, client proposals and negotiations
- Performs Earned Value Management (EVM) duties including development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB); track and analyze Estimates Completed (ETC), Estimates Completed (EAC), Material Deviations, Risk Management Reserve (MR)
- Collaborate with business, operations and technical staff to respond to internal and external customer requests
- International business and/or contracting experience required.
Undergraduate Degrees:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years equivalent experience - OR - Master's degree with 1 year equivalent experience. Years of experience are accepted in lieu of a degree. SAP capability
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel. Understand the bidding process
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with technical experts and business personnel
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. US citizenship is required
- Ability to travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD security clearance. US citizenship is required. Experience working in program management or program management
- Gained experience with Value Management Systems (EVMS).
