- We are looking for a team member to join our Liquidity and Collateral Services - Markets team for the role of Senior Analyst, Customer Service. This role is based in New York, NY (HYBRID - 3 days in the office).
- In this role you will contribute in the following ways:
- Supporting customers in solving moderately complex work and technical problems and ensuring that requests are fulfilled. Follow up on customer inquiries, resolve non-routine issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participating in internal activities and initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
- We use problem solving and best judgment to analyze data and communicate information related to BNY Mellon products to our clients.
To be successful in this role, we expect the following:
