We are looking for a senior representative, customer service position to join our team. This role is located in Wilmington - HYBRID
- Provides day-to-day high-quality support to customers for routine events and processes.
- Assists in the direct supervision of customers by answering phone, email and other questions about companies, services and procedures.
- .Provides basic technical assistance to customers and helps answer simple customer questions. Correct obvious errors in customer accounts and bank statements.
- Refers issues that cannot be resolved at the point of contact to the appropriate team according to documented procedures.
- Reviews open daily to ensure proper tracking and closure.

High school/university or equivalent combination of education and experience required. A bachelor's degree is beneficial. 0-1 years work experience overall is considered as an advantage. Experience in financial services is a plus.
