Kforce has a client in Waterbury, CT who is looking for background support and assistance to provide hardware support candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end hardware projects, inventory management, etc.

- University degree is a plus, not required
- Hardware certifications are a plus, not required
- 2-3 years of Level 1 help desk or desktop experience
- Experience with remote programming tools
Experience:
- Lifecycle Management
- Backend office MS Office support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Managed small projects (not project manager)
- Software deployment
- Remote control
- Manage event requests
