As a Service Manager, you will join a service team tasked with managing the complete service lifecycle across a portfolio of interconnected, customer-facing service offerings with the goal of improving the overall productivity and collaboration of our global workforce. In collaboration with highly motivated specialists, the role of the service manager makes an important contribution to the service strategy, directs the implementation of technical results and is responsible for supporting the ongoing service and delivering harmonized services to the target user. Working under the Director of Productivity and Collaboration Services, this role is also responsible for managing labor and service costs for service planning, transition and operations teams and vendors. This role also assists with people communication and change management and maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction. In terms of planning, the service manager is responsible for designing integrated, cross-functional and stakeholder-specific solutions and correcting capacity gaps. The Service Manager is responsible for the delivery and implementation of new services and service changes during the transition phase. Functionally, the service manager is responsible for high customer satisfaction, commissioning, SLA agreements, service operations and operational service improvement. Responsible for service implementation and maximizing value to target group.

Responsibilities/Obligations:
- Lead by example with a customer-centric mindset in all areas of the service delivery lifecycle and a genuine interest in providing the best possible customer experience.
- Manage the range of services offered to clients, balancing client requirements with affordability, corporate and business strategy, industry trends and available technology. Work closely with the Service Manager and Senior Service Manager to define service implementation, delivery and deployment strategy for global customers and suppliers or support groups.
- Assists in team workload analysis to ensure appropriate allocation of resources in capacity planning and financial management by managing service volumes and unit costs.
- Actively participate in supplier management with knowledge of uniform supplier contracts, including services provided and financial aspects.
- The candidate must be able to understand architectural plans and be able to express technical information to colleagues and managers.
- Service Lifecycle Management. Define how changing customer demands, technology availability and market trends will shape the services offered for future generations. Assess and develop new services needed to meet business requirements.
- Maintains descriptions and materials of service offerings to support adoption and guides adoption with stakeholders and target groups.
- Implement projects to introduce new services, reduce costs and improve service quality or discontinue outdated services.
- Analyze service gaps. Direct and manage continuous improvement work using data analysis and methods.
- Cooperation with the company I/S Purchasing for the development and implementation of service support contracts. Selects and defines vendor and team support models and works with vendors to define service metrics to ensure end-to-end service performance.
- Define the support model, including the support processes for service delivery.
- Builds and develops a network of trusted relationships with service stakeholders.
- Ability to work and manage supplier relationships and deliveries.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field, 8 years of related experience or military experience at US E6 or higher or Canadian 2nd Class or Sergeant.
- Work experience in IT field at least 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 8-10 years of work experience in this field is considered an advantage.
- Previous work experience as a service manager is considered an advantage.
- Communication experience at all levels of the organization (including senior management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, training and communication skills.
