The Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing department and HonorHealth in achieving overall business goals by creating, managing and executing the social media strategy across all platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter. The Social Media Specialist focuses on building our brand and ensuring customer engagement by creating relevant health content, social media advertising, leads, customer service and actionable analytics. Success in this job requires writing skills, graphic design and video production. The Social Media Specialist should apply our company culture and operating standards to collaborate with service marketing managers and subject matter experts to increase brand awareness and popularity, build equity and inspire representatives of our employees, physicians, patients and community members. A social media expert always shows a natural inclination to go beyond and live our values of innovation, taking care of responsibility, respect and empathy.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with HonorHealth's brand identity and business goals.
- Manages the communications content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Content/Communications Manager.
- Create meaningful content for all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, applying design skills to brand graphics and editing/producing videos for video-based platforms.
- Proactively positions HonorHealth by leveraging news content and storytelling to promote positive actions and behaviors/accomplishments of team members and physicians. Acts as brand expert, advises on content development and supports and advises our staff and stakeholders doctors, managers, HR and other business stakeholders on all social media.
- Collaborates with others to uphold the brand's overall customer service standards by managing large daily social media posts. You are responsible for all social questions.
- Communicate effectively, including responding to and raising concerns in a timely manner. Uses analytical tools to monitor and evaluate HonorHealth's social media presence and activity.
- Prepares monthly reports on social media marketing activities. Provides recommendations for modifying your social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to strengthen/build relationships to understand needs, build shared understanding of strategies and outcomes, and obtain feedback.
- Other duties as assigned
