- We are expanding our team of Work at Home Advisors. This is a great opportunity to build a career in customer service, sales or technical support.
- What will you do in this role? As a Concentrix Customer Service Advisor, you can:
- Communicate with customers through inbound, outbound calls or the internet
- Help customers answer questions and resolve issues with a call flow guide
- Track, document and retrieve information from databases
- Invest in your customers' success by offering complementary products and/or services
- As a Concentrix sales consultant, you can:
- Close sales, work through research, negotiation, presentation and use B2B or B2C skills
- Use product information, build customer relationships and find new ways to retain customers
- Be specific when selling products and services
- Sell more and spontaneously offer more products and services
- As a Concentrix Technical Support Advisor, you can:
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and customer products
- Provide basic customer service support
- Be a great problem solver
- Maintain extensive knowledge of customer products and/or services such as smart phones, tablets, computers and wearables. Knowledge of iOS and/or macOS or similar technology is a plus. Who are you:
- As a Work at Home customer service, sales consultant or technical support, your empathy, integrity, knowledge and uniquely compassionate style add value to every interaction.

You also have:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of customer service experience or strong sales experience performing sales duties
- A quiet, undisturbed work environment in your apartment
